Description

Pete Churney on Outer Limits, Yosemite National Park, was captured in 1973. Pete was one of my best friends' sister's boyfriend and was the guy responsible for getting me into climbing. Pete was in remarkable shape as a runner and that enthusiasm carried over into climbing as well. He was barely a weekend warrior as a climber because most of his focus was running so for him to climb this Yosemite testpiece in 1973 was quite remarkable.
